(More customer reviews)we were very excited to find such nicely configured refrigerator/freezer at this price. though we were skeptical about the name and our general knowldege that chinese manufacturing standards and engineering is still in the low end of the excellence curve, we gave it a try.
first the model showed up with no screws to attach the handles to the doors. this took multiple phone calls to both amazon and haier to try to resolve. we finally got the screws after about 10 phone calls and 3 weeks. two days ago we went to attach the handles and discoverd they sent with the item with three bottom door handles (where you only need two) and one top handle (where you need two). we called about this and figured we could deal with waiting for one handle. we then let the unit run for two days and it never got the refrigerator below 55 degrees farenhiet or the the freezer. we are sending this clearly defective item back and do not think we will acccept a replacement.
