(More customer reviews)We got this for what we thought was a great price at Home Depot ($798), and now we understand why. The ice dispenser was defective right out of the box. Home Depot is great, so they came out and repaired it quickly. Less than a week later, it malfunctioned again and we are waiting on another service call. Also, the ice and water dispenser just looks cheap, with unwieldy plastic buttons to push for each option (water, crushed ice, cubes...you must push the button to choose each and there is only one dispenser). For some reason we can't understand, everything we put in the freezer tends to fall right back out again, which was never a problem with our old fridge and I'm pretty sure our floors are level. This particular fridge was removed from the Home Depot web site soon after we received it so we can't review it there. It really hurts to make a major purchase like this, of something you mean to use for many years, and to feel this disappointed. I do not recommend this model.
