(More customer reviews)Spent over $1000 on this product and it only worked for 2 yrs and 2 months. Put up with having to restart it over and over for a couple of months, then contacted service. Danby tech told the service guy that the main board and the solenoid were commonly malfunctioning and as a result they had re-engineered the parts, but would not provide them at no charge as the warranty had expired. They freely admitted it was badly engineered and they had fixed it but because it didn't fail for me until after the warranty expired I would have to spend $400 to fix it. Had it failed 4 months sooner as was inevitable, it wouldn't have cost me anything.
The Danby folks are rude and do not stand behind their products, the "customer service" rep told me basically so sorry but it worked for you for 2 yrs so I don't see what the issue is. $1000 for a cooler that only works for 2 yrs due to bad design and faulty parts is beyond ridiculous.
DO NOT BUY DANBY PRODUCTS. You have been warned.

This Danby Beverage Center (DBC2760BLS)is perfect you to store your beverages in style. The gorgeous French door design is the barrier to two independently controlled temperature zones for wine and beverages. The 5.0 cu. Ft. beverage center holds up to 60 beverage cans and 27 bottles of wine. The temperature range is from 39-64 degrees, and the precise digital thermostat with an LED display screen allows the temperature to be accurately set and monitored through the door. The unit is a frost-free and has a fan-forced cooling system. That combined with the digital thermostat gives a more consistent internal temperature than an automatic defrost system. The LED track lighting system is unique because it does not have the same heat as an incandescent bulb, so you can showcase your wine without the heat. Inside the wine side there are 7 sliding black wire shelves with stainless steel trim. Inside the beverage side there is 4 tempered glass shelves also with stainless steel trim. There are integrated door locks to protect contents from children and the tinted tempered glass door helps protect wine from harmful UV rays. Assembly level/degree of difficulty: No Assembly Required.
