(More customer reviews)This company's customer service is beyond poor. Buyer beware! Look up other customer reviews. My wine fridge actually HEATED my wine as the cooler shut off but the fan continued working, heating the inside over room temp. Then their customer service tried to get out of covering the cooler under warranty. After that battle was won--the situation actually got worse. Their service came out, late, and then disappeared for several weeks claiming a part was needed. Now they won't even return my repeated calls to get a rough estimate on when I might expect the repair. Do some research--I wish I had! Their bad service record and warranty history rivals that of Best Buy. In other words--really really awful!!
