(More customer reviews)I purchased the product through Stacks and Stacks, and did not receive it. After waiting a long time, contacted seller who told me that it was shipping direct from supplier, and that it took longer. Waited longer - was told the supplier (Blomus distributor) had never received the order. Waited even further - contacted seller again - was told that it would not ship for another month (by then we are a month past order issue). Today I received a refund without explanations...
While I normally do not use reviews to evaluate supplier (I focus them on the item itself) I feel, that it is important, in this case, to let people know about the remarkable flakiness of the supplier, which takes greatly away from the item: a beautiful item that may only exist as a picture...
